Spring break fun

It's spring break over here at our house, and we are having fun. We usually go out of town for spring break, but decided to stay home this time, so we have been finding fun things to do here.


Monday we went to a Suns game with My cousin Steve and his family.


The kids got to go down on the floor after the game to shoot a free throw.
We also won the Fry's free groceries at the game, and for every three pointer the suns scored, we got a $1. The Suns scored 6 three pointers, so we each got $6. The kids had fun at the grocery store buying lots of ice cream and Oreos!!



Then on Tuesday we went to a spring training baseball game and saw the Diamondbacks play the Rockies. It was fun sitting on the lawn. It was hot, but the kids all got baseballs from players, and Kyle even got a foul ball!!


A player from the Rockies signed autographs after the game and took pictures with the kids. He was a nice guy.



Wednesday we went to the science center and saw a planetarium show. The kids always have fun at the science center. It was fun going with Kari and the kids. Cousins are great!!!




Then we spent Thursday afternoon at the lake with Jeff and Kari's family. They had their boat and we went tubing.


Kyle enjoyed taking a turn driving the boat.











So we have learned it can be tons of fun to stay in AZ for spring break. Lots of fun things to do here! Now what to do tomorrow for our last day????........
